What are your delivery times?

We process each order within 1 to 4 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days, so please allow 6 to 12 business days in total. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link to follow your parcel at any time.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it, unused and in its original condition. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main credit and debit cards and the secure payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and secure.
